At Edifier, we are committed to providing high-quality audio experiences; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned items must be in their original packaging and include all accessories and manuals to be eligible for processing.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Edifier account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the audio equipment in its original box with all original components, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior of the shipping carton.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians receive and inspect your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
